Ilagan, Isabela a tsunami of logs, mostly already soaked and obviously products of incessant cutting of trees, swarm the Abuan bridge in Cabisera 10 in Ilagan City, Isabela as some barangays in low lying towns in Tumauini, Sto Tomas, Cabagan, Sta Maria, San Pablo were submerged in flood waters as typhoon Tisoy lashed extreme Northeastern Luzon provinces.
