The Police Regional Office Cordillera Administrative Region (PRO CAR), led by PBGEN DAVID K PEREDO, JR, Regional Director of PRO CAR, warmly welcomed Atty. Rafael Vicente R. Calinisan, Vice Chairperson and Executive Officer of the National Police Commission (NAPOLCOM), during his visit to the PRO CAR Regional Headquarters, Camp Major Bado Dangwa, La Trinidad, Benguet. Atty. Calinisan served as the Guest of Honor and Speaker during the Traditional Monday Flag Raising Ceremony held at the Masigasig Grandstand.
Upon his arrival, Atty. Calinisan was cordially received by PCOL JULIO S LIZARDO, Deputy Regional Director for Operations, and was greeted with a traditional welcome dance and was accorded foyer honors.

As part of the program, Atty. Calinisan and PBGEN PEREDO, JR, assisted by the members of the Command Group, led the awarding of PNP medals to six deserving PRO CAR personnel for their notable accomplishments. In his message, Atty. Calinisan emphasized the
continuing partnership between NAPOLCOM and the PNP in fostering integrity, ensuring public accountability, and enhancing effective law enforcement throughout the Cordillera Administrative Region. He also commended PRO CAR as “the Home of the Most Disciplined Cops,” stating, “Lahat po nang kilala kong pulis na mga taga-Cordillera ay makikisig at disiplinado, hindi po yan slogan kundi tunay na
buhay po yan, at bilang Vice Chairperson at Executive Officer ng NAPOLCOM, tunay na ang PRO CAR ang Home of the Most Disciplined Cops. Also present during the ceremony were Ms. Editha S. Puddoc, Regional Director of NAPOLCOM-CAR; PBGEN ROGELIO Z RAYMUNDO, JR, Deputy Regional Director for Administration; PCOL LEDON D MONTE, Chief Regional Staff; the Regional Staff; the
Special Staff; the Chiefs of the Regional Support Units; and other personnel of PRO CAR and NAPOLCOM.
