BAGUIO CITY – In a joint operations conducted by CIU and other Police Stations of Baguio City, 5 violators were lawfully arrested last October 8, 2019.
Three cases of Qualified Theft were apprehended, Floro Florendo Bambico, 35, single, tricycle driver, resident of Brgy. Ambaracao Norte, Naguilian La Union was arrested under Criminal Case Number 42810 – R with recommended bail of (Php 30,000.00), Ryan Besa Dela Cruz, 21, laborer, was arrested at No. 100 Purok 6, Irisan, Baguio City under Criminal Case No. 42811-R with a recommended bail of (Php 24,000.00), and Bob Hedalgo Garcia “aka” Poe “aka” Pablito Hedalgo Garcia, 35, single, construction worker, resident of BGH compound was arrested under CC Number 42810-R with recommended bail of (Php 30,000.00).
In addition, Teresita Tallayo Doguis, 52, married, and a resident of 169 Poblacion, Buyagan, La Trinidad Benguet, was arrested for Violation of Sec 258 of the National Internal Revenue Code as amended (Unlawful Pursuit of Business) docketed under Criminal Case Number 331-19-CR-MTCC with recommended bail bond of (Php 10, 000.00) .
Arrested person will be brought to Police Station 2 for documentation prior return of Warrant to court concerning to post for bail for her temporary liberty.
Meanwhile, a case of ESTAFA was charged to ANNABEL ROSARIO TIBALDO, 54, married, House wife, resident of No.128 City Camp Proper , Baguio City under CC no. 343- 19-CR-MTCC with recommended bail of 50,000.00. Tibaldo was brought to issuing court and posted bail for her temporary liberty with OR no. 4028743.
These successful operations only show that BCPO does not tolerate any adversaries and continue to counter any illegal activity within the city.
