Baguio mayor Benjamin Magalong huddles with former National Irrigation Administration (NIA) chief Florencio Padernal, Mactan Rock Industries Chief Executive Officer Antonio Tompar and city executives on a proposal to address the wastewater problem of the city.
The mayor welcomed the conduct a feasibility study at no cost to the city on the expansion of the existing sewerage treatment plant at South Sanitary Camp and on the proposed construction of two new plants, one to be put up at Rock Quarry barangay and the other at the Slaughterhouse Compound.
