This is the Baguio city market 10 years ago when portions that have been considered eyesore were demolished.
This time, proposals for its development have been forwarded, one by Robinsons Land Corporation and the other by SM Prime Holdings, the former favored by the Public-Private Partnership for People (P4) Screening Committee and was awarded the Original Proponents Status but it will still go a long process, some say nine months and its offer to be challenged by SM or any other proponent including even the market cooperative.
