Baguio Mayor Benjamin Magalong inspires teachers on World Teachers’ Day and Pammadayaw 2019 at PFVR GYM on October 4,2019 Magalong received the Lingkod Bayan Awardee, an Outstanding Citizen of Baguio, a man of uncompromising integrity and an advocate of honesty and truth.
