Vice Governor Mario Eduardo C. Ortega administers the oath of the newly elected Provincial Youth Board Members during the 8th Regular Session of the Sangguniang Panlalawigan (SP) of La Union at the SP Building, Provincial Capitol, City of San Fernando, La Union on August 20, 2019.

The elected youth officials were trained on leadership and governance as part of the Sangguniang Kabataan’s celebration of the Linggo ng Kabataan mandated under Republic Act 10742. With the newly elected youth officials are the provincial officials of the Province of La Union headed by Gov. Francisco Emmanuel “Pacoy” R. Ortega III and Vice Gov. Mario Eduardo C. Ortega. The newly elected Provincial Youth Officials were led by Provincial Youth Gov. Andrew Vhong Arcega and Provincial Youth vice Gov. Angelie Nicole Capuduy.

The Provincial Youth Board Members included Ressy Rodriguez, Dionas Credo, Haya Tubera, John Bong Pacleb, Donnel Ray Olar, Sofia Elline Rivera, Corneil Castillano, Nathan Bumanglag, Eric Tamondon and Lemark Peralta. The Youth Ex-Officio Board Members are Gabrielle Vanessa Mae Cereno, Adrian Subido and Michelle Anne Olivar. Elected Youth Secretary to the Sanggunian was Ruth Angelica Castro.
