Mayor Hermenegildo “Dong” A. Gualberto of San Fernando City in La Union, together with local government units and volunteers, visited and monitored the conditions of the city’s evacuees as the typhoon Rosita battered North Luzon. As of 1pm of October 31, 2018, the CDRRMC reported zero injury and casualty in the city with a total of 400 evacuees in 11 identified evacuation areas. As the typhoon warning signal over the city has been lifted, evacuees were allowed to go back to their homes safely. CIDS-CSFLU
