The 9th Sangguniang Panlalawigan conducted its 106th regular session (11th out-of-town meeting) at SB hall, Municipality of Sablan on September 10, 2018. Vice Governor and presiding officer Florence B. Tingbaoen calls the meeting to order with Benguet Governor Crescencio C. Pacalso attended the session and ask for approval for the province of Benguet to be put under State of Calamity due to the damages brought by previous typhoons and the moonson rains. VG Sec.
