Mayor Dong Gualberto together with PSupt. John Guiagui and employees of the City Government visited various coastal barangays to request residents to evacuate as early as possible for their own safety on September 14. Manong Dong also instructed responders to transport senior citizens and persons with disability straight to the City Health Office where they will be monitored and properly taken cared of. CSFLU-IDS
