Daguines Diclas witnessed the awarding of certificates to the beneficiaries of the Student Monetary Assistance for Recovery and Transition Program led by Commission on Higher Education Chairman Popoy De Vera during the opening ceremonies of the Bagong Pilipinas Serbisyo Fair – Benguet at the Benguet State University gymnasium on Sunday, April 21, 2024.
The Bagong Pilipinas Serbisyo Fair featured more than 70 government agencies including several private institutions with over 300 services and programs to the people of Benguet marking a significant initiative under President Ferdinand Marcos Jr.’s administration. The event stands as the country’s largest service caravan, dedicated to delivering major government services to underprivileged Filipinos across diverse communities nationwide.
