The 2024 Mangan Taku! (Let’s eat) Food & Wine, Flavors of the Cordillera – a culinary extravaganza, April 24-29, 2024 @ Rose Garden, Baguio City The Department of Tourism – Cordillera Administrative Region (DOT-CAR) proudly presents MANGAN TAKU 2024. Building upon the resounding success of its inaugural edition in 2019, Mangan Taku returns on its fifth edition with renewed vigor and an enhanced focus on showcasing the gastronomic heritage of the Cordillera region.
Through an ordinance approved by the Baguio City Council, Mangan Taku has been institutionalized in 2019 as a premier culinary event aimed at boosting culinary tourism in the region. Mangan Taku 2024 will feature a variety of exciting events highlighting the creative cuisine of the region through food fair, Cook
Fest, Mixology, Indigenous Food Fotum and a food crawl, among others.
