Studes take top spots in Napolcom art contest

Students took the top spots in the National Police Commission on the spot painting contest at the Baguio City Police Office last Sept. 20. Architecture student Jessie Marie Esteban ruled the open division beating two veteran painters Wreigh Jann Tamayo and Ged Alangui.
