Department of Labor and Employment Cordillera (DOLE – CAR) in partnership with SM City Baguio celebrate the special day with learners. DOLE Regional Director Nathaniel Lacambra points out the significance of the event with its theme “Buong Bansa, Lahat Ng Bata, sama – sama Para sa Batang Malaya. “ Joining with him are SM CITY BAGUIO Assistant Mall and Manager Michael Jason Peña, DOLE Assistant Regional Director Emerito Narag, Public Employment Service Office – Baguio (PESO) Ms. Romelda Frances Escaño.
