Dr. Apopot, Ms. Gertrude Umaming, Ms. Cristina Damey, Mr. Luke Umaming, and Mr. Andres Damey received the framed of resolution during the Flag Racing Ceremony on March 18, 2024 at the City Hall ground, Baguio City. The resolution for commendation was introduced by City Councilors Arthur Allad-iw and Lourdes Tabanda and Vice Mayor Faustino Olowan.
