Abra under GCQ with restrictions though liquor selling is already allowed

Abrenos can now consume alcohol but only within the confines of their home despite being under general community quarantine with heightened restriction.
Abra will also see movement of locals who can visit tourist spots even after it was declared under GCQ with heightened restrictions for the
whole month of November.
In a latest directive from Gov. Ma. Ma. Jocelyn Bernos, fully vaccinated Abrenos aged 18 to 65 can now visit tourist spots as long as they are vaccinated. However, tourist spots or establishments can have a maximum of 50 percent capacity.
Outdoor establishments are now allowed to have a 70 percent seating capacity and social gathering at 50 percent which is also the same for
indoor meetings and conferences and those held open air – 50 and 70 percent, respectively.
Indoor sports facilities like fitness studio, gyms and swimming pools are limited to 50 percent capacity, while barbershops, salon, massage parlors and religious activities can operate at a 30 percent capacity.
Executive Order OCT -03 signed by Bernos last October 29 said that people are now allowed entry in establishments if they have a vaccination card and wearing face masks.
However, they are still required to get a pink pass. While liquor selling is already allowed, curfew must still be observed and consumption of it outside of one’s residence is still not allowed. Curfew starts at 10PM until 4AM the next day. Said EO also reiterated the observance of the minimum health standards including physical distancing, frequent sanitation and disinfection as well as thermal scanning.
The EO added: “All establishments, both public and private, are directed to strengthen the campaign on these public health standards by posting these information within their offices and establishments.”
