ABRENIAN KAWAYAN FESTIVAL 2025
The unique bamboo made float from the municipality of La Paz in Abra province led by League of Municipalities of the Philippines National President Mayor Joseph Santo Nino Bernos, is the second runner up during the Kawayan Festival 2025 and the 108th Abra Foundation Anniversary Celebration in Bangued town over the weekend.
