Cordillera police director Brig. Gen. RWin Pagkalinawan (middle) forges an initial truce between two tribes (Butbut of Tinglayan, Kalinga and Betwagan, Sadanga, Mt. Province) agreeing to ascertain the territorial boundaries of the two via an on-site inspector soon that according to the Cordillera police would end the animosity that had been lingering for years now.
