Aladin inspires scouts of Atok

“One of the great experience we should involve with is scouting. It is a vital experience for career development, an avenue to make friends, and a way of developing one’s leadership skills”. Aladin Dobinto Public Schools District Supervisor, said as he inspired the Scout Officials for a Day at the Municipal Gym at Sayangan last October 30.
He further said that the Department of Education of Atok will try its best to provide quality education for the learners and in return he encouraged the parents to discipline their children since discipline starts at home.
Honor Raymundo Sarac, Municipal Mayor of Atok said that joining SOFAD is a starting point of leadership, an achievement in life. He encouraged the parents to allow their children to participate in any activities for further development of the skills of the young ones. He added that whatever learning and experiences the scouts will gain in the different offices they are assigned, they should put them in their minds, not only in their heart.
This is a legacy they can share to others and let the incumbent officials be your inspiration to reach your ambitions in life. He encouraged them to aim high grades so that one day they will be in the position of the incumbent officials.
This is why he advised the scouts not to join in any activities that will hinder their studies, like drugs, otherwise learning will become useless. The teachers, parents, & officials should help in guiding the children for the improvement of their talents and skills, he said in his parting words.
The opening program started with the assembly and parade of the Scouts with the incumbent officials. Sarac led the induction of the SOFAD. This then was followed by the assumption of office by the Scout Officials as assisted by the incumbent officials.
At the end of the day, Scout Benjie A. Duping, SOFAD Municipal Treasurer awarded the incentives for the SOFAD participants.
