BCPO ginawaran ng Gold Eagle Award dahil sa mahusay na pagpapatupad ng PNP Patrol Plan 2030.

Isang makasaysayang parangal ang iginawad sa Baguio City Police Office ng pagkalooban ito ng “Gold Eagle Award”, ang pinakamataas na pagkilalang iginawad sa ikaapat at huling “institutionalization ” yugto ng Performance Governance System (PGS) alinsunod sa PNP PATROL Plan 2030. Ipinagkaloob ng Police Regional Office-Cordillera ang Gold Eagle Award at plake kina Col. Glenn Lonogan, BCPO city director; Mayor Benjamin Magalong at Soledad Benwaren, na kumakatawan sa BCPO Advisory Group, sa ginanap na awarding ceremony noong Setyembre 5 sa Camp Bado Dangwa, na pinangunahan ni B/Gen. John Chua,deputy regional director for administration, kasama ang command group.

Ang BCPO ay nakakuha ng overall rating na 96.03 percent sa institutionalization evaluation process na isinagawa ng audit team mula sa Camp Crame, PRO-Cor at PNP Regional Advisory Group kamakailan.
“I would like to congratulate the City Police Office because this is historical. The first City Police Office that was able to institutionalize the Patrol Plan 2030 and that’s recordbreaking.For BCPO it took you 11 years,” Magalong said. Ang PNP PATROL Plan 2030 ay inilunsad noong taong 2005 na naglalayon na baguhin ang PNP sa isang mataas na kakayahan, epektibo, at kapani-paniwalang puwersa ng pulisya.
