Bauang Mayor Eulodio Clarence Martin P. De Guzman III, (r) led the fruit tree planting ceremony at the Medicinal “apgad” Spring in Sta. Monica barangay to motivate the participants to start build their home since the barangay has become a part of the Philippine Rural Development Project. Around 117 employees from the LGU’s planted 2,000 gmelina samplings. Also with the participation of National Grid Corporation of the Philippines, Toyota, Fil Vision, Bureau of Fire Protection, Bureau of Jail and Management Penology and PNP during the 8th year celebration of Arbor Day last July 2, 2018.
