The Miss Baguio 2021 Coronation Night was held at the Baguio Convention Center on October 16, 2021. Out of the 20 candidates, Ms. Ghenesis Latugat of Barangay Dominican Mirador won this year’s pageant. Ms. Dean Dianne Balogal Lucas won the Miss Baguio Tourism 2021, Ms. Cassandra Gresh won the Miss Baguio Flower Queen, Ms. Genelle Caoile, and Ms. Xiannia Laussane Trinidad won the Miss Baguio Second Runner up.
