AVERTING STREET GANG VIOLENCE

City Councilor Betty Lourdes Tabanda filed a proposed City ordinance prohibiting the escalation of establishment of street gangs in the city to prevent the involvement of minors in the street gang violence.
Tabanda also calls on the police authorities to take a look into this street gangs openly seen in the central business district area.
