The city government of Baguio recognized the 2023 Outstanding Citizens of Baguio during the
114th Baguio City Charter Day program at the Baguio Convention and Cultural Center on September 1, 2023. United States Ambassador Mary Kay Carlson with Baguio City Congressman Mark Go, Mayor Benjamin Magalong and Vice Mayor Faustino Olowan awarded the plaques to this year’s honorees namely Ramoncito Cabrera, General Manager of The Manor at John Hay chosen for the Business category; Jail Superintendent Mary Ann Ollaging-Tresmanio for Professional Service and Professor Wilfredo Mina for Community Service. – Napanatili ni Sangguniang Kabataan Chairperson Carla Cacho, ng Barangay Irisan, Baguio City ang pagiging Most Outstanding SK Chairman in Baguio City mula 2018 hanggang 2023, na ang pinaka-finale ay ang ginanap na Youth in Good Governance Gala sa Baguio Convention and Cultural Center noong Agosto 30.
