City Administrator Bonifacio Dela Peña announced that the Baguio Swimming Pool Complex has been opened on a test run starting Dec. 2 exclusively for the training of the city’s athletes who will compete in the Batang Pinoy National Championships on Dec. 17-22, 2022 in Vigan City.
