As result of inter-agency coordination and intelligence sharing, a 21-year-old suspect was apprehended on June 8, 2025 in her residence at Brookspoint, Aurora Hill, Baguio City by virtue of a Warrant of Arrest issued by the Regional Trial Court, Branch 6, Baguio City for violations of the Special Protection of Children Against Abuse, Exploitation, and Discrimination Act (R.A. 7610) and Murder. Both cases are non bailable. The suspect is tagged as the No. 2 Top Ten Most Wanted Person (TTMWP) at the Regional Level, No. 1 at the City Level,
and No. 2 at the Station Level under COPLAN “SLAYER”. This was made possible through the combined efforts of the Baguio City Police Office (BCPO), Regional Intelligence Division, and Regional Mobile Force Battalion 15. “By collaborating and sharing information, the PNP and other agencies can work together to disrupt criminal activities against the youth. This collaborative approach also leads to greater
efficiency and resource optimization, ultimately contributing to a safer and more secure community especially for vulnerable populations,” said PCol. Ruel D. Tagel, City Director.
