The local government unit of Alaminos City in Pangasinan, led by Mayor Arthur F. Celeste through the City Disaster Risk Reduction and Management Office headed by Mylene O. Manalastas, spearheaded a three-day Basic First Aid Training for the beneficiaries of the city’s Core Shelter Assistance Program from Barangays Victoria and Pangapisan last May 16-18, 2018.
