Benguet Governor Cresencio C. Pacalso (middle) is grateful to the partnership with the private sector for the benefit of the citizens, especially students of the province, during the inauguration of the SMART Wi-Fi hotspot with the representatives of PLDT and SMART, AVP and head Corporate Relationship Business-Luzon of PLDT Enterprise Benedicto Perez, Business Head for North Luzon Ronaldo B. David, with Nestor “Bobot” T. Fongwan Jr., board member and municipal councilor of La Trinidad, Benguet last November 21, 2017 at the lobby of Benguet Provincial Capitol.
