The Benguet Provincial Inter Agency Task Force chaired by Governor Melchor Diclas again reminded Benguet residents to strictly comply with the minimum public health standards (MPHS) and other health and safety protocols to prevent the spread of the COVID-19 and the more contagious delta variant during the Benguet PIATF meeting on Wednesday, September 1, 2021.
The health cluster reported that there has been an increasing trend of the COVID-19 in the province in the past week leading to the overwhelming of the hospitals and other health and isolation facilities including the detection of the COVID-19 delta variant in the province recently.
