This modern communal irrigation system, irrigating 25 hectares with 32 farmer-beneficiaries is located in (Capaggaypayan) Luna, Apayao.
The project is funded under National Irrigation Administration-Cordillera CY 2020 allocation. (INSET) Portion of the canal lining of the Isit-Bulbulala Communal Irrigation System in La Paz, Abra, programmed to irrigate 30 hectares with 50 farmer-beneficiaries.
