The National Disaster Risk Reduction and Management Council (NDRRMC) recognized the Provincial Government of Benguet headed by Governor Dr. Melchor Daguines Diclas as one of the recipients of Gawad KALASAG Seal of Excellence during the 22nd Gawad Kalasag National Awarding Ceremony held at Manila Hotel on Dec. 7, 2022.
