BENGUET LADY LOCAL LEGISLATORS LEAGUE TRAINING

On its second offering, more than 215 lady legislators from the 140 barangays of the 13 municipalities of Benguet
gathered to a dayfull of training in empowering women legislators at the capitol this Tuesday. Lead convenor Benguet Board Member Marierose Fongwan-Kepes gave them insights, strategies and equipping them to thrive and lead more effectively in the political arena through “Life Meaningfulness Among Women in Public Service.”

The event also highlighted the importance of lady legislators in creating their own niche in crafting local ordinances.
BM Fongwan-Kepes added that this won’t be the last gathering of the 4L since continuous learning will benefit them all in public service.
