Department of Education -Cordillera Regional Director Estela P. Leon-Cariño and Representative Eric Go Yap lead the launching of the virtual learning program held on Thursday (Sept. 26) at the DepEd-CAR grounds. Yap allocates an initial P1-Million of the learning platform, and later commits P3-Million additional fund.
