Biyaya ng pagbabago
Office of the Participatory Governance (OPG) and the Office of the Cabinet Secretary under the Office of the President are Cabinet Secretary Leoncio Evasco Jr. (4th from R), DOF Asec. Antonio Joselito Lambino, OPG Usec Joselito Libres and Benguet Governor Cresencio Pacalso, aim to gather all the agencies under the office of the president to bring the different services in one venue to promote the various property alleviation programs of the national government to the communities in the Cordillera. During the regional roll-out of the “Biyaya ng Pagbabago” Tungo sa Masagana at Matiwasay na Buhay Pilipino last July 7, 2018 at Covered Gym of Benguet State University.
