The Metropolitan BLISTT Council Technical Working Group turned over the crafted Implementing Rules and Regulations of Republic Act 11932 creating the Metropolitan BLISTT Development Authority. Baguio City Vice Mayor Faustino Olowan together with the other LISTT Vice Mayors of the TWG Chaired by Benguet Vice Governor Ericson Felipe turned over the crafted IRR to the MBLISTT Council with Chairman Baguio City Mayor Benjamin Magalong, Co-chair Benguet Governor Melchor Diclas and Interim Secretariat NEDA-CAR Regional Director Susan Sumbeling during the MBLISTT Council Meeting in Baguio City recently.
