Board of Investments (BOI) Board of Governors member Lucita Reyes calls on Cordillera stakeholders to look into projects and programs that they can connect to the government’s Investment Priority Plan (IPP) which aims to scale up small enterprises and disperse opportunities for employment and innovation-driven business models. Reyes discloses that BOI’s IPP 2017 includes around P500 billion worth of investment projects.
