City Administrator Atty. Carlos Canilao shares his views and concerns for the staging of Panagbenga 2018 during a public hearing spearheaded by the SP Committee on Education, Culture and Research chaired by  Councilor Peter Fianza last August 23. Also present during the public hearing were Councilors Joel Alangsab and Elaine Sembrano and Secretary to the Mayor Rafael Tallocoy.
