Bontoc’s new councilor

Mountain Province Gov. Bonifacio C. Lacwasan Jr. has sworn in Rose Chomanog Farnican as Councilor of the municipality of Bontoc at the Governor’s Office, June 14, 2017. Farnican will serve the unexpired term of her husband, the late Councilor Herman Farnican. Also present in the ceremony were Vice Gov. Francis O. Tauli, Mayor Franklin C. Odsey, Councilors Alsannyster F. Patingan, Viola Okko and Julian Chumacog, Provincial Administrator Amador P. Batay-an and family members. PGMP
