successful and effective implementation of the Scouting Program in the municipality of Bauang, La Union, awarded by BSP Council Vice-Chairman Ignacio T. Gacayan; Council Scout Executive Mary Jean D. Yaranon; and BSP District Coordinator Myrna S. Esguerra of the BSP Bauang North District at the Mayor’s Office, Bauang, La Union.
