The International AIDS Candlelight Memorial is observed by the City Officials led by Mayor Benjamin Magalong with Vice Mayor Faustino Olowan and members of the Baguio City Council during the Monday Flag Raising Ceremony at the Baguio City Hall Grounds.
This year’s theme is “We Remember. We Take Action. We Live Beyond HIV”.
