Baguio City Mayor Mauricio Domogan, who hails from Patiacan, Ilocos Sur, entices Ilocanos from Ilocos Sur residing in Baguio and in the Cordillera Region to come home on the Bi-Centennial celebration of Ilocos Sur on February 2 to 4 next year. Domogan is holding a fan sign saying “Intayon” which means “lets go”.
