At exactly 2pm, when the siren rang, all the Baguio City government offices participated in the drill with the officials and employees performing the duck, cover and hold exercises, after the siren proceeded to the designated evacuation area as part of its continuing disaster preparedness of city hall earthquake drill last July 21, 2017. For this year’s theme of the disaster consciousness month is “4KS: Kamalayan sa Kahandaan Katumbas ay Kaligtasan”
