Rafael Abrogar II turned over to Efren Piñol the TESDA-CAR Regional Director leadership during a simple ceremony at Beneco along Southdrive, Baguio City, last October 2. Piñol, aside from assuring to continue the programs Abrogar have implemented in Cordillera, also calls for a continuing partnership with the people of Cordillera in assuring that technical and vocational skills education and training will be a key driver in providing employment and entrepreneurial undertakings in the region.
