through the initiative of Councilor Betty Lourdes F. Tabanda for the City resolution 621-2023 adapting the Bal-iyang Family awarded as the City’s Natatanging Pamilyang Pilipino 2023. Mayor Benjamin Magalong with Vice Mayor Faustino Olowan and city council officials present congratulating the City Social Welfare & Development Office (OCSWADO) for the Nominations to the DSWD Region that made won in the Region and landed 3rd Runner up out of 13 regions in the National Search representing CAR Region during the flag raising ceremony December 4,2023 held at City Hall grounds.
