The Rizal Park underwent clean up and refurbishment in preparation for the 127th commemoration of the martyrdom of National Hero Dr. Jose Rizal in Baguio City on December 30, 2023. Defense Secretary Gilberto Teodoro is expected to grace the program as the guest of honor and speaker.
