DA-CAR OIC Regional Technical Director Ron Odsey, with regional directors Ralph C. Pablo of DENR-CAR, Marie Venus Tan of DOT-CAR, and Janet P. Armas of DSWD-CAR, and DOLE-CAR chief of Technical Services and Support Division Emerito A. Narag show the signed memorandum of agreement of We Initiate Network (WIN), a convergence program for tourism and tourism value chain, last October 20, 2017 at DOT-CAR Conference Room, Governor Pack Road, Baguio City.
