Governor Dr. Melchor Daguines Diclas lauded the Benguet Police Provincial Office (BPPO) headed by Provincial Director PCol. Damian Olsim on their invaluable services to the province through the Implan “BUMADANG.” The Office received a Certificate of Recognition during the June 5 flag-raising ceremony at the Provincial Capitol.
