DRUG PEDDLER NABBED IN BUY-BUST OPS

BAGUIO CITY- Baguio City Police arrested a 26-year-old male drug suspect during a sting operation on Tuesday night, December 15, 2020. Baguio City’s Top Cop, PCOL ALLEN RAE F CO, identified the suspect as Jay-r Espino Ander, @Jay-r Espino Pligio”, @CJ Mark Espino Ander, @Ambot, a resident of #181 Bakakeng Central, Baguio City.
The operation was plotted after a positive confirmation by a confidential informant regarding the activity of the suspect. At around 11:51 PM, joint operatives of Station 8 led by PCPT ROGER KURT LUTERO PACIFICAR; DEU; CIU; CIDMU; and PDEA Baguio conducted buy-bust operation that resulted to the arrest of “ANDER” and confiscation of the following pieces of evidence:
a) One (1) small heat sealed plastic sachet containing white crystalline substance suspected to be shabu (subject of sale); b) One thousand five hundred pesos (P1,500) boodle money;c) One (1) Android cellphone; and d) One (1) pc. yellow lighter.
The items were duly marked and proper inventory was done on site with the presence of Mrs. Angeline Ramos, Brgy Captain of Camp 7 and Prosecutor Oliver Prudencio. The confiscated illegal drugs which has an estimated weight of more or less .5 grams with DDB value of P1,500 shall be turned over to BCPO Crime Laboratory Office for chemical analysis.
Suspect was temporarily detained at the Custodial Facility of BCPO Station 8 while a case for Violation of RA 9165 is being prepared against him.
