Participants in the City Social Welfare and Development Office (CSWDO) and the Baguio Elderly Assembly (BEA) sponsored “Responding to an Earthquake Seminar” held at the Senior Citizen Social Hall at Salud Mitra Barangay last February 10, pose for a souvenir picture. The seminar was conducted by the True North Ventures (TNV) group led by FritzGerald Padilla, a security technician.
