Students of Baguio City National High School gracefully perform their dance piece that enchanted more than a thousand spectators, which led the way for them to bag the Grand Champion award during the recently concluded Panagbenga 2019 Grand Street dancing competition-high school category.
Photo was taken during the Grand Float parade on March 3, 2019. The 24th Baguio Flower Festival (Panagbenga) was themed “Blooming Forward”.
